Mike has been a Chef for over 8 years. He loves the challenges of cooking. Chef Mike has a passion for cooking and believes that cooking can heal the body, mind and soul. As having parents from the South he has creative ways of cooking.
Mike uses his parents background with a twist of his own when cooking. Chef Mike always gives credit to both his parents and culinary teachers! Mike has started his own catering and meal prepping businesses. Chef Mike takes his culinary career as a personal Chef and continues to cook daily meals for the clients at 10 Acre Ranch.
