Alejandra Palencia

Alejandra first started with the company a little over 1 year ago as a Behavioral Health Technician with the sole aim of helping others. Since then, Alejandra has held roles such as Lead BHT and presently has obtained the role of Case Manager. Alejandra has over 2 years of experience working in the field of substance abuse and graduated from Cal State, San Bernardino with a BA in Sociology. Alejandra works closely with the Program Director and BHT’s to uphold and improve facility guidelines and implement the best care for clients. Alejandra is eager and a quick learner and loves to work in the industry of helping others.
