Marissa Armit (AMFT)

Marissa is a Cal State Fullerton alumni who received her MS in Clinical Psychology. She has presented at numerous conferences, board panels, and published research on “Which Antidepressant Classification Contributes to the Most Effective Treatment Planning in Fibromyalgia Patients?”.

She has experience, knowledge, and advanced training in working with adolescents, psychiatric adults, and adults in treatment. She primarily utilizes Behavior, Cognitive, and Humanistic therapy approaches and firmly believes in the individuality of each treatment plan for each client. When she isn’t working she enjoys teaching dance classes and mentoring high school girls in her church’s programs. Marissa’s academic accomplishments, life experience, and personal approach enable her to provide a heartfelt and unique treatment experience for each client.
